Use Download Stats preferences to choose settings that control how Dreamweaver estimates the download times displayed at the bottom of the Document window and in the Property inspector.

To change these preferences, choose Edit > Preferences, and then click Download Stats.

Download Size in Property Inspector determines whether the Property inspector display kilobytes or seconds.

Connection Speed specifies the speed of the connection used to calculate the download time.
